White balance is a setting on a camera. This setting then controls the colour balance of your picture. The mini settings within White balance gives you control over your image by being able to adjust to the sun by using sub setting Sunlight or the shadows by using sub setting shadow. One of the main reasons these sub settings are used are because they allow you to explore different options with the different weathers. Using the right white balance setting also helps the image come up like the real life thing. There is an automatic white balance setting but it’s not as accurate. It also doesn’t let you control how your image turns out as it would on the manual white balance setting. It also lets you take a picture of a bright object and manually see the white balance.
Just below you can see a few pictures that I have taken, these images use different sub setting such as sunlight, cloudy, shade and flash. These pictures I feel have room for improvement and will do further work on soon.
